What is middle manning service?

Middleman acts as a liaison between the Buyer and the Seller of the items, whether
it involves a big-ticket sale or trade for 1 for 1 item or 1 for 2 with cash
etc.

For Example:
I would like to trade someone a pair of sneakers worth $10,000,
but neither they nor I feel comfortable shipping the pair at the same time. If
both parties agree, I will act as a middleman and receive the pairs, verify
that the items were sent in accordance with the agreement, and then ship the
items to their respective locations.

Why would you consider middleman service?
From personal and many horror stories from big online sellers such as myself that as of early 2024 PayPal has stopped assisting buyers regarding “buyer protection” regardless
if the buyer paid by invoice. If you have a history of buying and selling the same products. Long story short, If you are frequent buyer using invoice and have sold an item of the same type at any point, you are considered re-sale and will be at fault for the case.

A recent example that happened to me and many others:
I purchased a sneaker for $10,000 and was given a full invoice of what I purchased. and the seller never shipped, upon filing a dispute with PayPal they closed the case twice in the seller's favor with no tracking or information uploaded from their side because "PayPal does not cover buyers who purchase goods that might be considered for resale" end of story.

Fortunately, I was able to chargeback with the bank but that is not the same situation for many other big sellers.

PayPal was a last resort if people needed a safe online “middleman” in order to
complete a high-end purchases. With that being said, there are now fewer
methods of trying to secure a safe deal and Facebook marketplace is not safe,
and many Instagram sellers aren’t either.

If you don't feel safe, why risk purchasing a high-end sneaker on Instagram,
Facebook Marketplace, or PayPal? Middlemen like myself have the reputation and
standing to assist you in getting your goods to you safely without having to
worry about scam or lost packages due to shipping and handling inexperience.
In the end, everyone is satisfied, and when it comes to making higher-end sales
or trades with people by relying on a middleman, it's always better to be safe
than sorry, regardless of how many transactions you make with random
individuals because you don't know their intentions and most people will not
take responsibility if something is lost or stolen.
